I have been a reqular customer of Peter and Glenys Williams for the past 4 years after purchasing an organic fillet back steak, for a delegation of German visitors wanting to sample NZ beef. The quality, taste and texture of the cut was such that we have continued to entertain our guests with a range of organic products produced on the Wlliams's Organic Farms. When I visited Organic Acres Dairy Farm I was so impressed with the high quality of care for the animals and the information about the benefits of Pure Organic Unpasteurised milk that I decided to try it. The milk and cream were superb. I was particularly excited because I had not been able to drink milk or eat ice cream for the past 20 years. Unpasterised milk does not have the helpful digestive enzymes destroyed by pasteurisation, so now I can enjoy dairy products again.

Kia Ora, I am writing to who ever understands and desires good health. We as a family of 5 children are so very, very fortunate to have come into asssociation with a pioneering family of organic dairy farmers. To find a product of this quality which is not only organic but also unpasteurised (untainted), is so rare in this age, as rare as the people who are courageous enough to step outside the normality of blindness and stand up for the health of the people they care about, to promote such a product in a market that can be quite ruthless in marketing, propaganda to compete also with companies so to better the health of its customers, shows us as a family that this is the best for our health.

We are saddened that we have not been able to access this milk earlier in life, and we also wonder why not? Why we tried to find this organic unpasteurised milk was because our 4th child was becoming infected with eczema. This product not only improved his skin but has improved the health of the other children in untangleable ways. We are so confident with this milk we also now feed it to our 9 month old daughter with encouraging results. Our mainpoint of this testomials is to point out the importance of organic inpasteurised milk in the deit of all people. I can say a lot more good about this product but would not have the time to do so. As "the proof of the pudding" is in the eating. So if you have any idea about the benefits of this milk you should be reconsidering its qualities and taking it into your diet immediately.
